In her role as Manager for Customer Satisfaction and Regulatory Compliance, Gladys Sarji corresponds with National Grid’s regulatory partners in both MA and RI, guiding her staff and providing timely support to consumer inquiries.

She also takes time to volunteer within her community, taking a special interest in the RI Calvary Center in Woonsocket and Family Services of RI. Gladys oversees and chairs fund raising efforts for programs to benefit customers in RI such as clothing for children, blankets for folks without permanent housing, and meals for those in need.
