How she’s multiplying good: She is One in a Million. Julie is the executive director and founder of We Do Care, http://wedocare.org. We Do Care is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the lives of young widows and improving the lives of children who lost a parent by providing multiple supports and resources. Julie works tirelessly for widows and their children in many ways and since Coronavirus, she has only stepped up her work. In addition to the ongoing support, since the virus took down Massachusetts, Julie has raised several hundred dollars to provide drive up events providing food and supplies, hosted Zoom parties, Zoom meetings and is currently mobilizing the community to plan a huge Mother's Day surprise for recently widowed moms, dads and kids. Her mission is to provide everyone with grief and loss awareness, education, and support. The key is it only takes one person to care.
